Welcome Grimm

We decided to take the plunge and get another dog.  We chose to get a Morkie, a small breed.  The kids were so excited.  He has been a good dog so far, being very playful and lovable.  We named him Grimm.  He has already got us all wrapped around his little "paw".

    

Nebraska Spring Game 2013

We enjoyed a beautiful day at the Nebraska spring game.  Kyler was able to shoot the hot dog gun into the crowd.  Some lucky spectator enjoyed a free hot dog courtesy of Kyler's aim.  After the game we waited in the tunnel for the players to give high fives.  Kyler got a glove from one of the players.  It made us all anxious for the upcoming season.

Easter 2013

We spent a great Easter day going to church, eating a wonderful family dinner and spending time together.  

Madeline's 12th Birthday

Madeline turned 12 this March.  It is hard to believe only one more year until we reach the teenage years.  Yikes!!!  Her request for a cake was a quadricorn and mustaches.  Don't ask, she is a middle schooler and sometimes they are weird.

Basketball 2013

Madeline joined a tournament basketball team this year.  They played in several weekend tournaments.  She showed much improvement throughout the season.    

Wrestling 2013

Kyler participated in wrestling again this year.  He showed much progress through the season.  He placed fourth in his first tournament.  He finished first in his second tournament.  He was very excited to take home the paper bracket!  In the final tournament he pinned each opponent in the first period to bring home another first.    

Kyler's 6th Birthday

Kyler celebrated his sixth birthday with a Legos Star Wars theme.  He was very excited to get a new Avengers bicycle.  He celebrated with a small party of close friends.
